| The M.V. Pedulla company was founded back in 1975 by Michael Vincent Pedulla. They originally produced some acoustic guitars, as well as electrics (one model was outfitted with MIDI system compatible with the Roland GR-700 series). Once he created the unique design that led to the MVP and Buzz bass models, they began to specialize directly in high quality handcrafted basses. Stock equipment found on M.V. Pedulla basses include Bartolini pickups and on-board preamps, ABM bridges, and Pedulla/Gotoh tuning machines. All models are available in fretted or fretless configuration.
