NS DESIGN ELECTRIC BASS The CR Series basses look like they are more neck than anything. They have a very small body and thin headstock. The CR basses are available in four-string (MSR $2,950) and five-string (MSR $3,375) configurations. Alternate pickup configurations are available and in 2006, graphite fingerboards were introduced as an option. The EU Series Double Basses are produced in the Czech Republic to the exact specifications of the US Series basses. They feature layers of graphite and rock maple throughout the length of the bass and a curved neck that follows the fingerboard. The EU bass is available in five- and six-string configurations for $5,475. In summer 2006, the Wav Series Double Bass (MSR $1,195) was introduced and it features the Polar Pickup System.
