ELECTRIC BASS: JAZZMAN SERIES
Azola's Jazzman Series was a part of their Custom Shop operations was was disc. in 2006. The Jazzman I (last MSR was $1,295) features an offset double cutaway body, J-style neck and fingerboard/4-on-a-side tuners, one Basslines humbuckering pickup, 3-band active EQ, and a semi-gloss finish. The Jazzman II (last MSR was $1,295) is similar in design, but features two Bassline humbuckers (with coil switching), and passive volume and tone controls. The semi-hollow Jazzman III (last MSR was $1,995) has a spruce top, upright style fingerboard, magnetic or piezo pickup, and passive volume and tone controls.
Jazzman model Upgrades include exotic woods (call for prices), a figured top (add $250), custom color or sunburst gloss finish (add $250), the "Vintage Package" of pickguard and control plate (add $100), and an active EQ (add $250).
