Distributed by the Ribbecke Guitar Company in Healdsburg, CA. | | Luthier Tom Ribbecke has been hand crafting guitars since the early 1970s, and in 2004, he formed the Ribbecke Guitar Corporation to produce more guitars while being able to focus more time on his independent lutherie. The first brand under the Ribbecke Guitar Corporation is Halfling, and the first guitar to be built is the Bobby Vega Halfling Acoustic Bass. All Halfling guitars are built in the USA by accomplised luthiers and the entire operation is overseen by Ribbecke himself. With the Ribbecke Guitar Corporation, they are able to produce more guitars while using CNC technology.
