HALFLING BY RIBBECKE ACOUSTIC BASS The PB-1 Arch Back Pin Bridge Bass (MSR $6,500) features a solid western red cedar top that is flatter on the base side and arched on the treble side, an arched back, a B-Band picupk, and the soundhole is located in the upper bass bout. The FB-1 Flat Back Pin Bridge Bass (disc. 2008, last MSR was $4,750) is the same as the PB-1 Arch Back Bass, except has a flat back. The BV-1 Bobby Vega Bass (MSR $7,500) is similar to the PB-1 Arch Back Bass, except is is slightly heavier and has a built-in bridge pickup by Rick Turner. The Bobby Vega Bass was also available with a neck pickup (BV-N1, Last MSR was $5,000), and an Artist Series version with custom choices is available through the custom shop (MSR starts at $7,500). The Five-String Vega Halfling Bass (MSR $8,500) has a floating custom Kent Armstrong pickup.
