Emerald offered three different series of guitars with the Artisan, Fusion, and the Opus. The Opus series features the carbon-fiber body, Graphtech nut, saddle, and bridge pins, and a Fishman Classic 4 or LR Boggs IRT electronic system. The Opus X10 is a folk style, the X20 is a dreadnought style, and the X30 is a super jumbo. The Artisan series has everything the Opus does along with elaborate inlays and LR Boggs I-Beam, RT Blender, or Fishman Prefix Pro electronics system. The models are numbered just like the Opus. (X10, X20, and the X30). The Fusion represents the middle ground between the Artisan and the Opus. This model is only available as the X10, (X20 and X30 configurations were available early on). All X10 and X30 models are available in a seven-string or 12-string configuration. All guitars are single cutaways and feature the cool emerald color, as well as other finishes. Emerald also produced the XB-Bass series in a four-string and five-string configurations.
