ELECTRIC: STEPHEN'S EXTENDED CUTAWAY SERIES

The Stephen's extended cutaway features a neck that gives true access to the upper frets. It is possible that more finishes were available on various models.

EC26 ATLANTIS

- offset double cutaway basswood body, bolt-on Stephen's Extended Cutaway maple neck, 26-fret extended rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlay, six-on-a-side locking tuners, Kramer vibrato with locking nut, chrome hardware, one exposed humbucker and one covered single coil Seymour Duncan pickup, two chrome knobs, 5-way switch, available in Black, Red, or White finishes, mfg. late 1980s-1991.

EC29 SPITFIRE II

- offset double cutaway basswood body, Stephen's Extended Cutaway maple neck-thru body, 29-fret extended rosewood fingerboard with offset pearl dot inlay, matching headstock with six-on-a-side locking tuners, Floyd Rose licenesed tremolo with locking nut, one high-output humbucker and single coil pickup, two large knobs and one small knob, 5-way switch, black hardware, available in Sunburst (SB), White with black marble (M1), Black with different paint splatter (S1) finish, mfg. late 1980s.

EC36 SPITFIRE

- offset double cutaway basswood body, Stephen's Extended Cutaway maple neck-thru body, 36-fret extended rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlay, matching headstock with six-on-a-side locking tuners, Floyd Rose licenesed tremolo with locking nut, one high-output humbucker pickup, one large knob and one small knob, black hardware, available in Marble (M2 Black with blue and pink marble, M3 Black with Red) or Paint Splatter (S2 Blue with yellow and black paint splatter, S3 White with multi-color paint splatter) finish, mfg. late 1980s.
