ELECTRIC: STAGE SERIES (A SERIES)

The Stage Series was introduced shortly after the Wing series debuted. The Stage Series guitars have more traditional 80s-style appointments with pointy bodies and headstocks.

- Firebird style cutaway body, bolt-on maple neck, 22-fret maple fingerboard with black dot inlay, matching hockey stick-style headstock with six-on-one-side tuners, standard bridge, two exposed humbucker pickups, two knobs and a three-way switch on a metal plate similar to a Telecaster, chrome hardware, available in Black, Candy Apple Red, or White finish, mfg. 1983-85.

A5 SPECIAL

- Firebird-style cutaway bound mahogany body, bolt-on maple neck, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlay, black hockey-stick style headstock with six-on-one-side tuners, STB, two Washburn Eliminator exposed humbucker pickups, three numbered barrel knobs, three-way switch, chrome hardware, available in Black, Bright Yellow, or Purple finish, mfg. 1995-96.

- Firebird style cutaway solid ash body, set rock maple neck, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlay, matching hockey stick-style headstock with six-on-one-side tuners, STB, two Washburn Power Sustain exposed humbucker pickups, four knobs, three-way switch, chrome hardware, available in Black, Maroon, or White (Ivory) finish, mfg. 1980-85.

- Firebird-style cutaway bound mahogany body, highly-flamed sycamore top, bolt-on maple neck, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlay, black hockey-stick style headstock with six-on-one-side tuners, Floyd Rose licenesed tremolo and locking nut, two Washburn Eliminator exposed humbucker pickups, three numbered barrel knobs, three-way switch, chrome hardware, available in Trans. Black, Trans. Blue, or Trans. Red finish, mfg. 1995-96.

- Firebird style cutaway solid ash body with bound flame maple top, three-piece rock maple and rosewood neck-thru body, 22-fret ebony fingerboard with brass target inlay, matching hockey stick-style headstock with six-on-one-side tuners, STB, two Washburn Power Sustain exposed humbucker pickups, coil tap, four knobs, three-way switch, chrome hardware, available in Black, Cherry Sunburst, Metallic Gray with black hardware and red binding, or White with Black binding finish, mfg. 1980-85.
