ELECTRIC: NEPTUNE SERIES

This series, designed by Wayne R.Charvel and Eric J. Galletta, uses Pacific seashells for finish. It is estimated that only 80 Neptune Series models have been built to date. Only the Custom and Deluxe models have the following features optional: standard Wilkinson vibrato with locking Grover tuners or double locking Floyd Rose vibrato, multiple variations of pickup and control configurations.

CUSTOM

- offset double cutaway basswood body, bolt-on figured maple neck, 22-fret ebony fingerboard, strings through Wilkinson bridge, 3-per-side Gotoh tuners, gold hardware, 2 Seymour Duncan humbucker pickups, volume/tone controls, 3-position switch. Available in Black Snake, Neptune Avalon, Neptune Gold, Neptune Violet Oyster, Paua, Tiger Cowrie, or White Nautilus shell finishes, disc.

DELUXE

- similar to the Custom, except features 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with abalone dot inlay, tune-o-matic bridge/stop tailpiece, black hardware, Seymour Duncan exposed humbucker pickup, volume control, available in Black Snake, Neptune Avalon, Neptune Violet Oyster, or Tiger Cowrie shell finishes, disc.

STANDARD

- similar to the Custom, except features an alder body, bolt-on maple neck, 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlay, double locking Floyd Rose vibrato, 3-per-side Grover tuners, chrome hardware, available in Neptune Avalon Shell finish, disc.
