TAKU SAKASHTA GUITARS | ELECTRIC: JAM MASTER SERIES | The Jam Master model is a double cutaway archtop semi-hollowbody electric guitar, and features differing wood and finish options for the three models. However, the three models do share some similar construction points, such as a Gaboon ebony (or cocobolo) pickguard, Gotoh or Schaller tuning machines, and a Sakashta original design aluminum tailpiece (or Gotoh or Schaller tailpiece). The Jam Master features a Tom Holmes H-450 humbucker in the neck position, and a Tom Holmes H-453 humbucker in the Bridge position. Electronics includes 2 volume knobs, 2 tone knobs with series/parallel switching, and a three way pickup selector toggle switch. Other options include a maple neck on models two or three, a solid brass tailpiece that replaces stock Gotoh or Schaller, gold hardware, a Two-tone sunburst, or a Three-tone sunburst. The Jam Master Model One features a book matched Calelo walnut top, back and matching sides; the bound American black walnut neck has a Gaboon ebony fingerboard and pearl inlays. The Model One is available in high gloss nitrocellulose Natural or Transparent Black finish. The Jam Master Model Two is constructed of book matched bigleaf maple top, back and matching sides; the bound neck is of Honduran mahogany and has a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with pearl inlays. The Model Two is finished in a high gloss nitrocellulose Blonde, Cherry Red, or Transparent Black finish. The final Jam Master, Model Three sports a book matched Sitka spruce top and bigleaf maple back and matching sides. The bound eastern rock maple neck has a Gaboon ebony fingerboard and pearl inlays, and is offered in a high gloss nitrocellulose Blonde, Cherry Red, or Transparent Black finish. | |
