SARDONYX Instruments previously built in New York City, NY circa early 1970s. Sardonyx custom built guitars and basses were constructed in Greenwich Village in New York City. One source indicates that they were available in Matt Uminov Guitars in the West Village. Further research continues on the Sardonyx trademark, (preliminary research courtesy Jeff Meyer).
