STROMBERG (CURRENT MFG.) ELECTRIC ARCHTOP Stromberg offers three main model designs: the Montreux, the Monterey, and the Newport. The Montreux features a full-depth body, single cutaway, and two Kent Armstrong humbucker pickups. The Montreux Custom is similar to the Montreux, except it has one floating Kent Armstrong pickup with no visible controls. The Monterey features a thin semi-hollow body, a single cutaway, and two Kent Armstrong-sized P-90 pickups. The Monterey H is a hollow version of the Monterey. The Newport features a full-depth body, no cutaway, and a floating Kent Armstrong mini-humbucker pickup.
