ELECTRIC

All Excaliber instruments feature a three piece laminated neck-through design, stainless steel truss rod, chrome plated brass hardware, and select hardwoods. There was a $100 charge for left-handed instruments, and a $100 up charge for a vibrato bridge. Given the relatively small number of total instruments produced, accurate pricing on the following models is not available. Secondary market prices may have some relationship to the original list prices as offered in 1981.

MODEL 6.1

- offset double cutaway body, 24.75 in. scale neck, 3-per-side headstock, stop tailpiece, humbucker pickup, volume/tone controls, available in Natural finish, mfg. 1981 only.

Model 6.1 A

- similar to the 6.1, except had active electronics and mini toggle switch.

MODEL 6.2

- offset double cutaway body, 24.75 in. scale neck, 3-per-side headstock, stop tailpiece, 2 humbucker pickups, 2 volume/1 tone controls, selector toggle switch, available in Natural finish, mfg. 1981 only.

Model 6.2 A

- similar to the 6.2, except had active electronics and mini toggle switch.
