Huber offers several models, all with highly figured wood tops and translucent finishes. Huber's original and most popular design with a slightly offset single cutaway Dolphin model has a mahogany body, quilted maple top, mahogany or bird's-eye maple neck, bird's-eye maple or maple-bound rosewood fingerboard, and a dolphin headstock inlay. This model has a 25.5 in. scale length, Wilkinson or Schaller tremolo, and Seymour Duncan (humbucker) pickups. There are a few variations of the Dolphin as well. The decidedly single cutaway Orca model has a curly maple top, 24.75 in. scale, tune-o-matic bridge/stop tailpiece, three-per-side Schaller M6 tuners, and Seymour Duncan Antiquity humbuckers.The Doplhin II (MSR starts at $4,904) is the second generation Dolphin guitar.
The offset double cutaway Steve Lauer model (disc.) has a mahogany body, quilted maple top, bird's-eye maple neck/fingerboard, and a bat headstock inlay. This model also has a 25.5 in.scale length, MannMade tremolo, and Joe Barden deluxe pickups. The Redwood (MSR starts at $5,025) was introduced in 2006, and it features a semi-hollow mahogany body. The Junior was introduced in summer, 2006, and it features a flat-top Les Paul Junior-style body.
