ELECTRIC SEMI-HOLLOWBODY: AX SERIES

The AX Semi-Hollow model is a uniquely designed handcrafted instrument that is both toneful and resonant. The AX Semi-Hollow features a bound, arched top of spruce or highly figured maple (add $200), and a chambered back of mahogany. The neck is your choice of vertical-grain mahogany or maple, and it features the Novax patented "Fanned Fret" system with an ebony fretboard. Also featured are our proprietary individual bridges, and an optional piezo/magnetic stereo preamp. The Semi-Hollow Six-String lists for $3,150, and the Six-String with the XR neck retails for $3,350. The piezo saddle/preamp package is a $425 option. The AX7 Semi-Hollow is also available as a seven-string for $3,450 with the piezo saddle/preamp package for an extra $450.
The Charlie Hunter 8-String Semi-Hollowbody offers players a warmer, rounder tone than the solidbody model and has a "Jazzier" look to complement more traditional musical styles. It features an arched and bound spruce top over a chambered mahogany core, a vertical-grain mahogany neck with an ebony fretboard, the patented Novax "Fanned-Fret" system, our proprietary individual bridges, and Bartolini pickups with stereo outputs for "guitar" and "bass". $4,300. with hardshell case.
The Charlie Hunter 8 string Semi-hollowbody is also available with a bookmatched, highly figured maple top for $4,500, including hardshell case. An optional "Ghost Systems" piezo saddle and preamp system for the five "guitar" strings is available for $400.
