| The Novax Mo'B 5-String solidbody bass is constructed with a lacewood, maple, or walnut body which is handcarved for beauty and comfort. The patented Novax "Fanned-Fret" system combined with individual bridges give this bass an authoritative, deep and focused tone with clarity and definition like no other bass. Bartolini pickups with optional active circuitry and a variety of electronic configurations are available. Models can also be ordered as Custom, with a laminated body and bound fretboard (with wood choices similar to the Expression Custom guitar model). This bass retails for $2,800. The Expression Bass 4-String has an offset double cutaway body with your choice of walnut, maple, or lacewood; it is hand carved for comfort and beauty. The neck is vertical-grain eastern rock maple with an ebony fretboard. The patented Novax "Fanned-Fret" design and individual bridges produce a rich, clear tone with minimal crosstalk between strings. Bartolini Soapbar pickups, optional active circuitry and a variety of electronic options are available. Natural finish, retail is $2,650. The Expression Custom Bass features a laminated body of highly figured bookmatched maple over a body core of lacewood, mahogany, or walnut; the neck is bound with matching/contrasting woods for a stunning visual statement. $3,150 retail. The Tribute Bass is available with traditional ("P") or ("J") based body styles, available in alder, or swamp ash.
