MESROBIAN Instruments currently built in Salem, MA, since 1995. Luthier Carl Mesrobian began woodworking at the age of seven, and received his first guitar at the age of fourteen. Like many luthiers, Carl worked on making furniture cabinet after completing the a program in this industry in Boston. After this, he began repairing guitars, and eventually made two of his own. Carl then attended Dick Boak's guitar making class in New Jersey, and has been producing guitars ever since.
