MEMPHIS Instruments currently produced in Korea (recent circa). Distributed by C. Bruno of Bloomfield, Connecticut. Memphis electric guitars and basses are entry level to medium quality instruments designed for the student guitarist. Models encountered so far are the bolt-on neck Fender copies (Strats, Teles, P-basses). Headstocks have a silk-screened "Memphis" logo; guitars usually have a thick polyurethane solid finish, so let's not ask how ply the body wood is.
