MERCURY GUITARS ELECTRIC The Artemis model (last MSR was $730) had a single cutaway alder body, two single coil pickups, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, and one piece bridge. The upscale El Grande model (Last MSR was $1,550) has an alder body with figured maple top, ebony fingerboard with 26.1 in.scale length, two humbucker pickups, and a tune-o-matic bridge/stop tailpiece. Mercury also produced a four-string bass, dubbed the Casper, which featured a humbucker pickup.
