The superstrat Beast models feature offset double cutaway basswood bodies, bolt-on maple necks, tremolo bridges, and 6 tuners on a side headstocks. Models include the Standard, flamed maple topped Supreme, humbucker/single coil/humbucker Custom, and the semi-hollow Thinline.
The traditional style Blues models all feature double cutaway bodies, with distinctive white pearloid pickguards that cover the pickup area forward to the treble and bass horns. Both the Standard and Louisiane models feature a humbucker/single coil SuperTele configuration (the Louisiane has gold hardware), while the Nashville has 2 single coils and a humbucker in the bridge position.
The Rockline series is LAG's modern superstrat models, with a humbucker/single coil/humbucker pickup configuration and sleek double cutaway body shape. Models include the Standard and Avenue; the Metalmaster model has been in production for over ten years.
As mentioned above, Roxanne models feature a dual cutaway mahogany body and glued-in neck, and feature two humbuckers and a 3-tuners-per-side headstock. Both the Standard and Classic models are straight ahead classic LP-style guitars (the Classic has a flamed maple top and Sunburst finish); the Prestige features a tune-o-matic bridge and raised metal tailpiece; and the eye-catching Floyd model features a recessed Floyd Rose tremolo.
In 1994, Lag introduced the new Hotline Series. Hotline guitar designs are conceived in France and built to LAG specifications in Korea. Both the TB1 and the RK1 models come equipped with the new Duncan-designed pickups, and are available in one of three colors: Black See-Through, Green See-Through, or Red See-Through. Interested guitarists are invited to contact the LAG company directly (see Trademark Index).
