ELECTRIC: AX SERIES

All AX guitars are based on the four point body shape with a headstock that has a notch cut out pointing towards the treble side.

AX-2E

- offset four-point sharp-edged mahogany body with an ebony top, five-piece maple/mahogany NTB, 24-fret ebony fingerboard with pearl dots and 12th fret AX-2E logo inlays, three-per-side tuners, tune-o-matic bridge, STB, two ESP-EMG humbucker pickups, two knobs (v, tone with push/pull coil tap), three-way pickup switch, black nickel hardware, available in Natural Gloss finish, 25.5 in. scale, new 2008.

AX-50

- offset four-point, sharp-edged agathis body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard with dot inlay, three-per-side tuners, STB, two humbucker pickups, two knobs, three-way switch, black hardware, available in Black Satin or Silver Satin finish, 25.5 in. scale, mfg. 2005-present.

AX-250

- offset four-point sharp-edged basswood body, bolt-on maple neck, rosewood fingerboard with custom tribal inlay, three-per-side tuners, STB, two EMG humbucker pickups, two knobs, three-way switch, black hardware, available in Black finish, 25.5 in. scale, mfg. 2005-06.

AX-260

- offset four-point sharp-edged agathis body, three-piece set mahogany neck, 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with custom tribal inlay, three-per-side tuners, tune-o-matic bridge, STB, two ESP-EMG humbucker pickups, two knobs, three-way switch, black hardware, available in Black finish, 25.5 in. scale, mfg. 2007-present.

AX-350

- 4-point cutaway mahogany body, 3-piece mahogany neck, 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with custom tribal graphic inlay, 2 EMG 81 humbucker pickups, Tune-O-Matic bridge, STB, 2 knobs, 3-way switch, black hardware, available in Black finish, mfg. 2004 only.

AX-400

- offset four-point sharp-edged mahogany body, three-piece set mahogany neck, 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with custom tribal inlay, three-per-side tuners, tune-o-matic bridge, STB, two EMG humbucker pickups, two knobs, three-way switch, black hardware, available in Black finish, 25.5 in. scale, mfg. 2005-07.

AX-400FM

- similar to the AX-400, except has a flamed maple top, available in See-Through Black or See-Through Red finish, new 2008.
