The 1996 Pinaka T.C. 1-441 had a retail price of $18,369.27. The six-string hollowbody guitar also featured a sculptured Brunzchelle design, 22-fret ebony neck and graphite nut, fixed bridge, and passive electronics (volume control, on/off switch, volume bypass switch).
The 1998 6-string electric Pinaka 411 (retail list $45,936.72) features a sleek Brunzchelle hollowbody with ebony fingerboard, 6-on-a-side reverse headstock, fully adjustable non-tremolo bridge, passive electronics (designed for use solely with tube amps), volume control, on/off switch, and a volume bypass switch. The output jack is located towards the rear main fin.
The final installment of the Pinaka series is the 1998 Star model. 108 guitars were built and 20 sold to the public. This guitar features a water resistant rubber finish and a Nightglow Waterproof pickup. The pickups are designed to be used with a tube amplifier. The fingerboard is ebony and special strings from K.B. Pro need to be used because regular strings will scratch the finish. This guitar retailed for $72,032.27.
