KERCORIAN BASS GUITARS ELECTRIC BASS The Surrealist (last direct price was $1,299) featured an offset double cutaway body with exaggerated bass horn, eastern hard rock maple neck-through design, 34 in. scale, mahogany body wings, padauk (or purpleheart) top/back, 24-fret ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl dot inlay, chrome hardware, two-per-side headstock, Gotoh tuners, Schaller fixed bridge, active EMG (or passive Bartolini) humbucking pickup, volume/tone controls, and Neutrik locking output jack. This model was also available with bird's-eye maple/walnut top/back, walnut top/maple veneer, lacewood top/back, or walnut top/padauk and maple veneer.
