Bebensee offers the following as standard features on all his handcrafted instruments: a 24-fret fingerboard, laminated neck-through body design, graphite nut, 100% copper foil shielding in the electronics cavity, Tung Oil/urethane finish, Sperzel locking or Gotoh or Hipshot tuners, Bartolini (or Lane Poor or DiMarzio or Seymour Duncan) pickups, and his own KB bridge. Bebensee also features a list of additional cost options on any of his models.
Bebensee's Big Fatty Guitar features neck-through body design combined with a semi-hollow body and two f-holes. The Bear-o-Tone guitar is a 28 in. scale baritone with a semi-hollow body, while the similarly shaped Jazz '96 Guitar features an ebony tailpiece, two active pickups and bridge mounted piezo system. The Blue Funk Guitar is a carved solid body model with scrolled horn, Bigsby tremolo, and Blue Metallic polyester finish. A testimony to his craft, the Gothic Angel has an elaborately carved body with abalone and mother-of-pearl fingerboard inlays. The San Luis Archtop is an acoustic model with a carved spruce top, koa back, cherry sides, and matching set of cat's-eye f-holes.
Currently, guitar models are available in six-string (MSR starts at $2,920), seven-string (MSR starts at $3,250), and eight-string (MSR starts at $3,450) configurations.
