Jim Jaros offered three main models. The Carved Top model featured a double cutaway mahogany body with a bookmatched AAA flame maple top and back, figured maple back, through body hard rock maple or mahogany neck, 22-fret rosewood, ebony, or paduak fingerboard with Jaros' original design inlays, three-per-side tuners, two Seymour Duncan humbucker pickups, and gold or chrome hardware. Last MSR for this guitar was $2,799. The Flattop model is the same as the Carved Top, except has a flat bookmatched AAA flamed maple top. Last MSR was also $2,799. An Acoustic/Electric Hybrid Guitar was also produced that featured a sound chamber in the body and had stereo/mono operation. MSR was never announced. Other options were available on Jaros guitars and left-handed models were produced at no additional cost.
Current production Jaros guitars include three models/body styles including the Memphis (with no f-hole), the Nashville (one f-hole), and the Gatlinburg (two f-holes).
