HAMILTONE Instruments currently built in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Previously built in Fort Wayne, IN. Luthier James M. Hamilton builds a limited edition Stevie Ray Vaughn (SRV) replica custom guitar similar to the one that Vaughn played on a number of occasions including the videos "Couldn't Stand the Weather" and "Cold Shot" and in his live performances. This guitar was commissoned by Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top in 1979. This models is also available with the customer's name or logo inlaid with MOP. The Hamiltone Classic is also available, and features a bolt-on one-piece maple neck similar to a Fender Stratocaster. Hamiltone has also built custom guitars in the past.
