 HARMONY | | ELECTRIC: STRATOTONE SERIES | Harmony's slab cut solid body Stratotone was available circa mid to late 1950s (discontinued by 1961). While the Stratotone's name was (probably) derived from Fender's Stratocaster model, the slim single cutaway design hearkened back to the Telecaster. Solid body Stratotone models featured Harmony/DeArmond pickups and a 3 on a side headstock.
Harmony also produced 3 hollow body (tone chamber) Stratotone models that were discontinued circa 1965.
