GOYA
ELECTRIC
While Goya mainly offered acoustic guitars, the first electrics debuted in the late 1950s. The first series of electrics were built by Hagstrom, and feature a sparkly plastic covering. A later series of electrics such as the Range Masters, were produced from 1967-1969 (by EKO of Italy) and featured pushbutton controls. Other Eko/Goya creations include the Panther, P-26, and P-46. Goya also offered a number of electric guitar amplifiers in the 1950s and 1960s.
