ELECTRIC: F-100 SERIES
The F-100 series was the first model offered from the G & L company in 1980. The only difference between a model I and a model II is the radius of the fretboard (7.5 in. versus 12 in.).
F-100-I
- offset double cutaway ash, mahogany, or maple body, bolt-on maple neck, 22-fret ebony fingerboard with pearl dot inlays or maple fingerboard (12 in. radius) with black dot inlays, fixed bridge, six-on-one-side tuners, two humbucker pickups, two knobs (v, tone), three-way pickup switch, chrome hardware, available in Natural or Sunburst finish, mfg. 1980-85.
F-100-IE
- similar to the F-100-I, except has on-board preamp and additional coil tap/preamp switches, mfg. 1980-85.
F-100-II
- similar to the F-100-I, except has a 7.5-inch radius fingerboard, mfg. 1980-85.
F-100-IIE
- similar to the F-100-II, except has on-board preamp and additional coil tap/preamp switches, mfg. 1980-85.
