GIFFIN GUITARS ELECTRIC Giffin produces a variety of instruments in six- and 12-string configurations. His most popular model is possibly the Standard, which is a cross between the Stratocaster and Les Paul that he developed back in the 1970s. The Standard is available as a solidbody (MSR starts at $3,600) and a hollowbody (MSR starts at $3,900). Other models include the Model-T (MSR starts at $1,995), Macro (MSR starts at $3,600), Micro (MSR starts at $3,300), 12-Strings (MSR starts around $4,000), and Drop-Tuned (baritone style, disc.). Giffin will also build instruments on a custom-order basis.
