Previously produced in Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario CA in the early 1990s and 2000s, and in China (C Series). Farnell has been producing guitars since 1989. | Designer Al Farnell has been producing guitars that feature synthetic bodies of fiberglass for the past several years. The Farnell guitar is very light and features a patent-pending for body that is built of a closed-cell polyfoam material with a mahogany insert called the Sound Reservoir. In the 2000s, Farnell introduced the C-Series instruments, that are built in China. They are based on the U.S.-built models, but offered at a lower price. In 2008, Farnell introduced the all new Electra Lite Series of electric guitars that feature semi-hollow or foam-filled bodies. Guitars can be custom-orderd from this series as well.
