 FOSTER GUITARS | | ELECTRIC: SOLID BODY MODELS | | The T Series models all feature basswood bodies, maple necks, ebony fingerboards, Armstrong humbucker pickup with split coil wiring, 25.5 in.scale, and volume and tone controls. The T 1 lists for $1,750. The T 3 has a bound curly maple top (list $1,950); and the T 5 has a bound highly figured maple top (list $2,250). The Performer (MSR starts at $2,800) features a single cutaway Telecaster style, basswood body with a highly figured maple top, bolt-on figured maple neck, single Kent Armstrong humbucker pickup, six-on-a-side tuners, two knobs, chrome hardware, and available in Natural finish. The Performer Custom (MSR starts at $3,300) is similar to the Performer, except has five-ply body binding and fancy side purflings. | |
