ELECTRIC: AFR SERIES

The AFR Series feature body shapes that are similar to a Stratocaster without the pickguard. Many of these guitars feature the Sustainer System. A single coil with two rails is used in this sytsem.

AFR-35

- offset double cutaway alder body, bolt-on maple neck, 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlay, standard tremolo, six-on-one-side tuners, black hardware, black pickguard, two single coil and one humbucker pickups, volume/tone controls, five-way switch, available in Black, Metallic Blue, or Metallic Red finish, 25.5 in. scale, mfg. 1997 only.

AFR-45

- offset double cutaway basswood body, bolt-on maple neck, 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlay, standard tremolo, six-on-one-side tuners, chrome hardware, two single coil and one humbucker pickups, volume/tone control, five-way switch, available in Black, Metallic Red, or Metallic Blue finish, mfg. 1995-96.

AFR-55

- similar to the AFR-45, except has gold hardware, available in Black Burst, Blue Burst, or Red Burst finish, mfg. 1995-96.

AFR-55GF

- similar to the AFR-35, except has a basswood body, gold hardware, and no pickguard, available in Black Burst, Blue Burst, or Red Burst finish, mfg. 1997 only.

AFR-65

- similar to the AFR-55, except features black hardware, Fernandes double locking tremolo, available in Black, Turquoise Metallic, or Wine Red Metallic finish, mfg. 1995-96.

AFR-65X

- similar to the AFR-55, except features two humbucker and one single coil pickups HSH, three-way switch, available in Gun Metal Blue, Metallic Black, or Metallic Red finish, mfg. 1995-96.

AFR-70S

- similar to the AFR-45, except has a 22-fret fingerboard, black hardware, one Fernandes Sustainer, one single coil, and one humbucker pickups HSS, volume/tone/sustainer volume controls, available in Black or Cobalt Blue finish, mfg. 1995-96.

AFR-75A

- similar to the AFR-35, except has a basswood body, gold hardware, and no pickguard, available in Black Burst, Blue Burst, or Red Burst finish, mfg. 1997 only.

AFR-80

- offset double cutaway maple (or ash) body, bolt-on maple neck, 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlay, double locking vibrato, six-on-one-side tuners, black hardware, two stacked coil and one humbucker pickups, volume/tone controls, five-way switch, available in Candy Apple Red, Metallic Blue, Pearl Black, or Pearl White finish, mfg. 1991-92.

AFR-80S

- similar to the AFR-70S, except has an ash body, maple fingerboard, chrome hardware, and one Fernandes Sustainer and two single coil pickups, available in Natural finish, mfg. 1995-96.

AFR-85

- similar to AFR-80, except has two humbuckers and one stacked coil pickups HSH, mfg. 1991-92.

AFR-90S

- similar to the AFR-70S, except features gold hardware, double locking tremolo system, available in Black, Summer Green Metallic, or Wine Red Metallic finish, mfg. 1995-96.

AFR-120S

- similar to the AFR-75A, except features Monkey Pod body, gold hardware, 22-fret fingerboard, Fernandes Sustainer Custom/single coil/humbucker pickups, volume/tone/sustainer volume controls, five-way switch, available in Natural finish, mfg. 1995-97.

AFR-150S

- similar to the AFR-90S, except has a mahogany body, flame maple top, ebony fingerboard, and one Fernandes Sustainer, one single coil, and one humbucker pickups, available in Natural finish, mfg. 1995-96.
