EUGEN GUITARS | ELECTRIC/ELECTRIC BASS | Eugen currently offers seven distinct body designs in four different models. The Basic (#1) model has a two-piece laminated body, while the Paragon (#2) has an additional maple top, Wood Out Binding or plastic-bound body. The Paramount's (#3) maple top is arched instead of flat with the W.O.B., and the Mr. Eugen (#4) is the Paramount model with select neck and body wood. The following body designs will indicate model availability. The Eugen model (1-2-3-4) has a slightly offset dual cutaway model with curved forward horns and round lower bout. The set-in neck has a 22-fret fingerboard and three-per-side tuners. Pickups, configuration, and hardware are options discussed with the customer. The Eugen 10/8 (3-4) is similar to the Eugen, except has two large/2 small internal tone chambers. Eugen's Little Wing (1-2) is based on a Gibson Explorer, except the extended upper wing has been caved down to a rounded lower bout, and this model has a six-on-a-side headstock. The Classic T (1-2) is a single cutaway model based on the Tele, while the Classic S (1-2-3) is a double cutaway Strat-style guitar (the Classic S 7/8 has a slightly smaller body). The Eugen Bass is available in four-, five-, and six-string configurations, and in the Basic or Paragon model construction. | |
