The DC-Classic, also known as the Standard model, has an offset, short horned double cutaway body while the SC-Classic, also known as the Blue Pearl, has a rounded single cutaway body. Standard features on both models include a select maple body, figured birds-eye maple neck, 22-fret Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with dot inlay, 25.5 in. scale, MannMade hardtail brass bridge, locking Sperzel tuners, and a high gloss polyester finish. Dodge guitars have optional tremolo system, and Sunburst and Translucent finishes. The standard package includes one electric guitar with three differently configured electronics-containing modules (pickup configurations similar to a Strat, Tele, and Les Paul). Other modules are available for the customer's own choice of pickups and configurations. Prices will vary considerably depending on what features are included and which brands and designs of electronics are installed. The current package is the "Triple Play," which includes a Dodge Convertible (standard model) guitar, three electronics modules, and a gigbag for holding everything for $1,749. The Blue Pearl (single cutaway) is available in the same package for $1,949. | |
