BIAXE
Instruments previously built in Stamford, CT between 1978 and 1985.
The original Biaxe Guitar company manufactured instruments for roughly eight years. When the company briefly reformed, they focused on retrofit devices that yielded the sound of a fretless bass on a fretted neck bass guitar. Dubbed "The Fretless Wizard", the kits were attached to the bridge of a bass guitar, produced for four-, five-, and six-string basses, and included an instructional cassette.
