BORJES, RALF ELECTRIC BASS The JB-Custom bass has a Jazz-style alder (or alder with maple top) body, bolt-on maple neck, 21-fret rosewood or maple fingerboard, two Kent Armstrong single coil or humbucker pickups, and is available in four- and five-string configurations. Borjes' Groover model features an original body design with extended bass horn and narrow waist in cherry or flamed maple, bolt-on three-piece maple neck, 24-fret ebony fingerboard, two Kent Armstrong soapbar pickups with single coil switch, and can be had in four-, five-, or six-string configurations. Borjes also offers the Bassinger and Groover Series of basses. Retail prices started at $2,100.
