Blair Guitars Ltd. produced the Mutant Twin Standard 6 (last MSR was $2,299) is a doubleneck guitar with a solid mahogany "common" body andasolid cedar or spruce braced soundboard (on the acoustic half) over a tuned acoustic sound chamber in the body, and two Warmouth necks. The acoustic side of the guitar had a custom pinless rosewood bridge and Fishman piezo bridge pickup (and preamp) and the electric side had Gibson humbuckers and either a Schaller or Wilkinson locking tremolo.
The Mutant Twin Standard 12 (last MSR was $2,799) is the six-string electric/twelve-string acoustic doubleneck configuration. Other variations include the Mutant Twin Memphis Belle 6 (last MSR was $2,799), which has six-string electric/six-string dobro resophonic Tele-style downsized alder body, tricone resonator, biscuit bridge, Fishman pickup and preamp, maple necks with maple or rosewood fingerboards, DiMarzio pickups (electric half), and a nitrocellulose finish. The Mutant Twin Madrid Eyes 6 (last MSR was $2,799) is similar to the Standard 6 but pairs the electric side's two Gibson '57 humbuckers with a nylon string half, along with an ebony fingerboard and an X-braced cedar top. The Mutant Twin Bristol Shores 6 (last MSR was $2,299) is also similar to the Standard 6, but has three Dimarzio "Class of '55" single coil pickups, a five-way selector, and a Wilkinson non-locking tremolo bridge. The Bristol Shores also came in a twelve-string/six-string configuration (last MSR was $2,799).
