JEFF COOK MODEL 1 (U.S. BOLT-ON-NECK) - offset double cutaway alder body, bolt-on maple neck, maple fingerboard with abalone dot inlay, tele-style bridge, chrome hardware, six-on-one-side tuners, two single coil pickups, volume/tone controls, three-way selector, available in Black, Blue Metallic, Emerald Green, Glitter Rock White, Purple, Red, or White finish, disc. 1999. JEFF COOK MODEL 2 (U.S. BOLT-ON NECK) - similar to the Jeff Cook Model 1, except has humbucker in the bridge position, disc. 1998.
