Ace Musical Instruments, LTD. was founded March 29, 2004. Mr. Gil Hyo-Park is the president, and he has worked in musical instrument development and construction since the early 1980s. Acepro has five Korean engineers working at their China factory to train Chinese workers and oversee production.
Acepro produces mainly electric guitars and basses, but they also make resonators, cases, and amplifiers. Most guitar designs are based on traditional American models, but they do offer their own twist on several instruments. Many guitars are entry level models, but they do offer a few higher-end models.
