AEB-1
- single smooth cutaway, two f-holes that go through the entire body, black pickguard covering most of the body with Ampeg on bass side, 20-fret rosewood or blonde fingerboard with dot inlay, open scroll-style headstock with two-per-side tuners, bridge extending past body, "mysterious" hidden pickup under bridge, two knobs, available in White, Sunburst, or Red finish, mfg. 1966-68.
AUB-1
- similar to the AEB-1, except has a fretless fingerboard, mfg. 1966-68.
ASB-1 DEVIL BASS
- double cutaway "long-horned" body, triangle cutouts, black pickguard covering most of body, 20-fret fingerboard with dot inlay, open scroll style headstock, two knobs, single hidden pickup under the bridge, mfg. 1967-68.
ASUB-1 Devil Bass
- similar to the ASB-1 Bass, except has a fretless fingerboard, mfg. 1967-68.
WILD DOG BASS (MODEL EB-3)
- offset double (almost dual) cutaway hardwood body with short horns, 31.5 in. scale, bolt-on neck, 20 fret rosewood fingerboard with white dot inlay, 4-on-a-side tuners, chrome hardware, black inscribed pickguard, 3 Burns 'Tri-Sonic' pickups, bridge/tailpiece, volume/tone controls, 4-way selector switch, available in Red Sunburst finish, mfg. 1963-64.
AMB1
- double cutaway basswood body, 4-string, maple neck with 24-fret rosewood fingerboard, black pickguard, matching color headstock, 30 in. scale, carved rosewood bridge, 1 Seymour Duncan SMD-4 Basslines pickup, volume and tone knobs, two-position switch, available in Blue Pearl, Black Pearl, or Purple Metallic, mfg. 2001 only.
