 UNIVOX | | Instruments previously built in Japan circa 1969 to 1978, and imported into the U.S. by the Merson Musical Supply Company of Westbury, NY. | | Merson Musical Supply later evolved into the Unicord company. The Univox trademark was offered on a full range of acoustic, thinline acoustic/electric hollow body, and solid body electric guitars and basses.
