 THOMAS HUMPHREY GUITARS | | ACOUSTIC | Humphrey's classical design features primarily spruce tops and (almost exclusively) Brazilian rosewood back and sides. The classical model design has a tapered body and elevated fingerboard.
Since these guitars are highly regarded, pricing them is a delicate process. Every guitar needs to be valued individually according to the configuration and wood. Prices on older models can range from anywhere between $2,000 and $20,000. Brazillian rosewood brings the highest premium. The Blue Book of Acoustic Guitars recommends several appraisals when determining value on a Thomas Humphrey instrument. | |
