STELLA
See Harmony. See Oscar Schmidt. Instruments previously produced by Oscar Schmidt in the early 1900s, produced by Harmony from the 1940s to the 1970s, and recently produced and distributed by MBT International from the late 1990s-early 2000s.
Stella was a name used on guitars by Oscar Schmidt in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Harmony purcahsed the trademark circa 1940 and produced instruments until circa 1970s. MBT International reintroduced the name in the late 1990s with a line of acoustic guitars and accessories priced competitively.
