ROBERT GUITARS Instruments currently built in British Columbia, Canada since the early 1980s. Luthier Mikhail Robert was born in Moldavia, USSR in 1960 and he has been studying classical guitar and the violin since he was eight. Robert moved to Canada and studied math, physics, and guitars. In 1981, he built his first guitar, and by 1987, he had recieved international recognition for his guitar building. Robert builds a Concert Grand classical and a Short Scale classical, and prices on guitars start at $8,300 CAD.
