The Archtop Standard is available in 16 in., 17 in., or 18 in. body widths and standard features include a Sitka spruce top, quality domestic figured maple back and sides, an ebony fingerboard, tailpiece, and pickguard, and gold hardware. Base price is $17,500 and several options are available. Earlier models were designated either a Monterey or Homage model. The Monterey features a cascade type peghead design and the Homage features a peghead design reminiscent of a D'Angelico.
The Acoustic Steel String features a spruce top, Indian rosewood back and sides, an ebony fingerboard with dot inlays, and an ebony bridge. Base price is $4,500 and several options are available.
The Sound Bubble Steel String features a solid carved top, Indian rosewood back and sides, an ebony fingerboard with dot inlays, and an ebony bridge. Base price is $6,000 and several options are available. The Sound Bubble, a slightly domed area on the bass side of the lower bout, increases the guitar's ability to translate the energy of the strings into sound. This design was patented in 1981 by artisan Charles Kelly and Tom Ribbecke.
The Carved Top Acoustic Bass features a solid carved spruce top with elliptical soundhole, maple back and sides, an ebony fingerboard with dot inlays, and chrome hardware. This model was discontinued when the Bobby Vega Halfling Bass was introduced and the last base price was $6,000.
