OVATION | ACOUSTIC: ADAMAS II SERIES | Similar to the original Adamas series, the Adamas II featured the standard Ovation headstock and bridge instead of the carved walnut, and a five piece mahogany and maple laminate neck instead of the solid walnut neck. The Adamas II model was introduced in early 1982; the series was discontinued in 1998. ADAMAS II 12 (MODEL 1685) | - similar to Adamas II, except has 12 strings, 6-per-side tuners, available in Black finish, mfg. 1981-1998. |
