Luthier Roy McAlister produces high quality instruments on a custom-order basis. His guitars start out at a base price of $6,200 and options are added on after that. Models come in a Dreadnought-style, Jumbo, Concert, and Lucas, which is designed to have the presence of a large guitar with the playability of a small one. McAlister also builds a contemporary line of guitars based on his own design and a Vintage Series of pre-war replicas. In 2005, McAlister moved from Watsonville, CA to Gig Harbor, WA.
