MARONI
Instruments previously produced in Italy in the mid-1960s.
Reader Gene Van Alstyne of Cushing, OK called in this classical-styled guitar, built by luthier Farfisa. The guitar has a zero fret, a split saddle, 38 mm tuning pegs, and a "Made in Italy" label in the soundhole. When the Farfisa name was uttered, the immediate talk turned to those 1960s organs. A connection, perhaps? Any further information would be appreciated and can be submitted directly to the Blue Book of Acoustic Guitars.
