 MARTIN | | ACOUSTIC: LITTLE MARTIN (LX) SERIES | | The Little Martin Series are constructed out of the same High Pressure Laminate (HPL) that is used on Martin's X Series. The Little Martin (LX) Series are much smaller than regular Martin's and are targeted for travel, recreation, student use, or beginners. The overall length of the LX is 34 in. compared to 40.5 in. for a regular Martin dreadnought and scale size is 23 in. compared to 25.4 in. Every LX guitar has the same small body shape, but Martin has made several colors and features available.
